The Jefferson Parish Public School System is holding a series of meetings to discuss the future of school facilities in Jefferson Parish. We are seeking feedback on the JPPSS Facilities Master Plan from school system faculty and staff, community and business organizations, parents, students, and members of the community. The meetings start tonight and will go through Thursday, January 11.
The purpose of these meetings is to discuss possible district-wide school renovation and/or new construction options. There will be nine meetings, one in each Jefferson Parish School Board district, all of which are open to the public. Please consider attending the meeting location most convenient to you. Feedback from educators who work with our children and within our buildings everyday is the most valuable feedback.
